Whistler Guide

If you’ve hung around here for any amount of time, you know how much I love being in Whistler. It is, above and beyond, my most happy place. It’s the place I feel the most calm, grounded and content. It was about time I put together a list of all of my favorite spots - so see below!

EAT

  • Il Caminetto

  • Araxi patio

  • Wild Blue

  • Joe Fortes

  • Bar Oso

  • Earls Whistler Village (usually we do this on DoorDash for evenings we arrive late to the cabin)

  • The Mallard Lounge at The Chateau

  • Christine’s on Blackcomb (ski days)

  • Steep’s on Whistler (ski days)

COFFEE/CASUAL

  • The Bunker (my favorite coffee)

  • Ecologyst (my favorite matcha)

  • Cows for Ice Cream

  • Pure Bread for baked goods

  • Green Moustache for smoothies and grab and go salads

  • Hundo-P for smoothies

  • Nesters for grab and go + groceries (Fresh St. Market is also amazing!)

  • La Cantina Tacos

  • Creekbread for pizza (our go-to for driving up during the winter in the dark!)

  • Sushi Village

  • GLC for après

STAY

  • The Four Seasons is by far my favorite hotel - you really don’t have to leave and it’s amazing in summer and winter

  • Lake Placid Whistler (also lots on Airbnb and VRBO)

DO

  • Scandinave Spa

  • Vida Spa at The Chateau

  • Ski (obviously)

  • Golf (not that I do. lol)

  • Hike (my favorite is The Lost Lake Loop but there are hikes and trails literally everywhere)

  • Favorite playgrounds: Whistler Village near the Olympic Rings, Meadow Park Sports Centre

  • The Beach at Lost Lake

  • Rainbow Park

  • Ride the Peak 2 Peak Gondola to see the bears in the summer, or in the winter to see the most beautiful snowy trees

I hope that helps! xx
