Episode 15: Kelsey Crane and Nicholas Gonzalez on Following Your Dreams, Choosing Organic, Self Evolution + Flexibility

Today Sophie sits down with two of her good friends, Kelsey Crane and Nicholas Gonzalez. Sophie met Kelsey and Nick when they lived in Vancouver while Nick was filming The Good Doctor (he played the incredibly well loved Dr. Neil Melendez) and they hit it off right away. They share a love of acting & food to be sure but most importantly, they love to connect over the desire to change and evolve and ultimately follow their curiousities. Nick and Kelsey live in Los Angeles with their beautiful family on their "commune" overflowing with chickens, kiddos and Kelsey's beloved crops. Today, they discuss what brought them to acting, their journey along the way, regenerative farming and choosing organic, and what is next for the both of them in this special time in their lives.
